Getting Started in 4 Steps

Choose your product and complete the checkout. You'll receive your license key via email within minutes or shown on screen after purchase.

2 Download Software

Download the installer from your account dashboard or the link in your confirmation email.

3 Install & Activate

Run the installer and enter your license key when prompted. The software will activate automatically.

4 Start Using

Licensing & Activation

After installation, launch the software and click on any premium feature. The license activation window will pop up automatically. Enter the license key sent to your email or shown on screen after purchase, and the software will connect to our servers and activate. Make sure you have an internet connection.

Each license is valid for one device. If you need to use the software on multiple devices, you'll need a separate license for each. Contact us for volume discounts.

Contact our support team at support@jrbuddy.com with your order ID. We'll help you deactivate the old device and activate on your new one.

Billing & Subscriptions

You will need to purchase a license for the specified period (monthly, 3 months, 6 months, or yearly). After the period is over, you will need to purchase a new license to continue using the software.

Licenses are valid for the period you purchased and do not auto-renew. If you want a refund, contact support@jrbuddy.com within 14 days of purchase.

Technical Support

Try running the software as Administrator (right-click → Run as administrator). If that doesn't work, make sure your antivirus isn't blocking it, and try reinstalling.

This usually means the license was activated on another device. Contact support@jrbuddy.com to reset your license if you no longer use that device.

The software checks for updates automatically. You can also manually check by going to Help → Check for Updates in the application menu.
